RETURN POLICY
Cancel
We accept cancelling the order before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. If the product has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Return (if applicable)
We accept returns. The customer has the right to apply for return within 30 days after the delivery of the product.
To qualify for return, your product must be unused and in the same state as the product you received. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to ensure that you send the package to the correct address.

Custom orders or personalized products are not eligible for a 30-day refund. If you need to return goods, please negotiate with us.
For returns caused by consumers, the freight shall be borne by consumers. The specific fee is subject to the express company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer does not have to bear the freight.

After receiving and checking your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund.
